Please excuse my idiosyncrasies, I just did this quickly but if it helps just one person then it's worth it. Reset Factory Settings for the HL5350DW laser Printer: 1. Turn off printer 2. Hold "Go" and turn on printer from switch on side. 3. Keep holding "Go" till "Status" light goes away then release. 4. Then press "Go" six times. All the lights will then light up and your printer is reset. You may now try to install the wireless again. Good Luck!
